General News Kandu Group Videos
During November, the Kandu Group, which Mountain Trike are part of, have run a series of interesting discussions and practical online events.
The three events focused on a different aspect of life: mental and physical wellbeing, home life and accessing the outdoors.
Each event included discussions from our experts, all of whom have years of experience of disability, with many being disabled themselves.
They included practical elements that will give you actions to take away. The live sessions were hosted on the Kandu Group Facebook page and were interactive, so we had lots of questions and engagement throughout. Week 1, Tuesday 10th November at 5pm: Boosting Your Mental Health & Well-Being, hosted by Martin Sibley from Disability Horizons.
